• Our business days are Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (PST). Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays

While we strive to ship every order quickly, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

• High order volumes during peak seasons

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing for international shipments

• Weather or other unforeseen events

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
